No More Room in Hell 2 separates its Armageddon 1.0 map pool by mission type. Objective uses six large locations—Lewiston, Power Plant, Pottsville, Broadway, Beaulieu Hospital, and Raven Rock—for linked CRC tasks and a final extraction. Survival uses Flooded, Lighthouse, and Night of the Living Dead for three speaker-defense waves. Learn the map by objective cues and safe transitions rather than memorizing a single perfect route, because carryable placements, scripted pressure, and objective conditions can vary.

Name
Type and setting
What to prepare for
Lewiston
Objective; urban rescue work at golden sunset.
Large-map navigation, survivor-focused tasks, and a long route toward the finale.
Power Plant
Objective; rural Pennsylvania industrial site at midnight.
Technical interactions, dark exterior travel, carried-object variations, and staged pressure.
Pottsville
Objective; suburban streets and enclosed encounters at dawn.
House-to-street transitions and exits that remain visible during close combat.
Broadway
Objective; dense Queens, New York urban space at night.
Tight city sightlines, vertical or interior movement, and disciplined regrouping.
Beaulieu Hospital
Objective; a sprawling medical complex in daytime.
Interior landmarks, ventilation-related tasks, and routes that do not trap the carrier.
Raven Rock
Objective; mountainous Pennsylvania and an underground military bunker.
A descent into restricted spaces, controlled room entries, and a 1.0-specific objective chain.
Flooded
Survival; storm-flooded industrial complex.
Water-obscured bodies, multi-floor structures, and scarce dry sharing areas.
Lighthouse
Survival; coastal cliff, neighborhood, and construction area.
A hard outer boundary, tight lighthouse rooms, and deliberate fallback positions.
Night of the Living Dead
Survival; farmhouse, guest house, and barn.
Classic house defense without allowing familiar-looking rooms to become dead ends.

Read a map through the active mission

On an Objective map, the current task is more trustworthy than an old route video. Read the instruction, locate the marked area, and identify the object or interaction that changes the task state. Armageddon 1.0 moved some carryables farther from their associated objectives and added spawn variations. A fuse, part, or other objective item may therefore be near the correct site without occupying the exact position someone recorded in an earlier match.

Before beginning an interaction, make a small plan: one player operates or carries, at least one player watches the likely approach, and everyone knows the retreat direction. Scripted scenarios scale with difficulty and with the remaining player count when the objective starts. The same room can become more dangerous on Nightmare or after casualties even if the interaction itself looks familiar.

On a Survival map, the speakers determine the route. Use preparation time around the first site, win the broadcast, take the CRC drop, and rotate to the next marked area. You do not need a whole-map loot circuit. You need enough knowledge to reach three defensive spaces with the squad intact.

Build landmarks that work in both directions

A useful landmark answers two questions: how do I reach the objective, and how do I leave it? Name distinctive geometry rather than a loot spawn that can move. A large tower, exterior wall, hospital entrance, bunker descent, barn, or shoreline is more dependable than a weapon found in one room.

When entering a building, turn once to see the exit from the inside. Many navigation failures occur because a doorway is obvious on approach but blends into the room during a retreat. Keep one teammate close enough to preserve the route while another completes the interaction. If a horde blocks the original entrance, move toward the next known connection rather than searching random doors under pressure.

Use the compass and teammate positions as support, not as a substitute for observing the environment. A group marker can lead you to friends who are already trapped. Approach with enough distance to see whether the route is safe.

Prepare for each Objective setting

Lewiston, Power Plant, Pottsville, Broadway, Beaulieu Hospital, and Raven Rock are confirmed Objective locations in the current 1.0 pool. Their official settings suggest different navigation problems, but no setting grants a guaranteed loot table or single objective sequence.

In broad outdoor or urban areas, conserve stamina and ammunition during travel. Form the team before beginning a high-pressure task when possible. In a medical complex or bunker, control doors and intersections so an interaction does not leave the carrier enclosed. In dark industrial environments, keep the return route visible and avoid letting every player search a separate floor.

Power Plant and Hospital have attracted specific objective questions because their technical and interior tasks can be hard to parse. Use the live task wording and current object highlights. Do not enter a terminal code, carry a component, or activate a machine merely because a guide for the original game uses a similar name; AppID 224260 has different content.

Prepare for each Survival setting

Flooded changes visual confirmation. Water throughout the industrial complex can hide whether a zombie is fully down, and dry spaces for sharing loot are limited. Keep the team from clustering over the same submerged threat. Use multi-floor buildings and containers for sightline control without abandoning the speaker site.

Lighthouse places the group against a coastal boundary. The neighborhood and abandoned construction can provide tools and alternate positions, while the lighthouse interior creates tight spaces where retreat is difficult. Decide which areas are for holding and which are only for moving through.

Night of the Living Dead expands the rural farmhouse setting with a guest house and barn. Separate structures create useful fallback options, but crossing open ground at the wrong time can split the team. Complete resupply and role changes before the next wave forces movement.

Handle randomization and patch changes

Treat any route as a decision tree. First locate the current objective area. Then identify the required item or interaction. Next choose the safest available approach for the actual team size and difficulty. Finally, preserve a return or extraction path. This method survives placement variations better than a list of memorized turns.

Armageddon 1.0 adjusted map pressure, carryable placement, objective scaling, extraction timing, and late-map Tier 3 weapon frequency. These are patch-sensitive facts, not permanent coordinates. If a route depends on a precise spawn, replace it with the visual cue and objective state that led you there.

When a task does not advance, stop adding interactions. Re-read the instruction, verify that the correct item is present, look for a teammate already carrying the relevant object, and clear enough space to see the prompt. Repeating unrelated switches can make a confused room more dangerous without solving it.

Choose the next map guide

Use Survival Maps for a focused comparison of Flooded, Lighthouse, and Night of the Living Dead. The broader Survival Mode guide explains waves, drops, failed defenses, and extraction. For Objective play, begin with Guides and apply the active-task method until the dedicated Power Plant, Hospital, and Raven Rock walkthroughs are completed in the authorized source expansion.
